1. Membership
Membership in the coworking office is available to individuals, businesses, and organizations who agree to abide by the rules and regulations of this agreement. Membership is non-transferable.
2. Services
The coworking office provides its members with access to workspace, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, and other amenities.
3. Payments
All members are required to pay a monthly fee based on the type of membership they choose. Members are responsible for all payments, including any late fees and/or penalties, as laid out in the agreement. Payments must be made on time to maintain membership.
4. Hours of Operation
The coworking office is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday, subject to change. If any organization or individual intends to work beyond this timing, the authority should be notified beforehand.
5. Safety
All members are expected to maintain the safety of the space and its members at all times. Any intentional damage or destruction of property is strictly prohibited.
6. Conduct
All members are expected to behave in accordance with the coworking office’s code of conduct, which includes being respectful of the space and its members. Any violations of the code of conduct may result in the termination of membership.
